Wow. I really thought our experience with 1 kid would make the second much easier. While our experience helps in some areas (e.g. changing diapers and a crying baby), a second kid brings about a whole new set of challenges that we have no experience for. But it’s going good. And there’s been some really funny stuff as we’ve been going through the process. Too much to share here.

Having said all of that, The Faction has been completely neglected. I’m sorry. We’re finding a routine and I’m working out some of my priorities. But, I’m pleased to announce a new blog post coming sometime this week. I can say that with certainty, because it’s in process all ready. It might even be a multi-part series. Here’s a hint: it’s about a device that “fed the growing Renaissance of 14th – 17th centuries in Europe, greatly facilitated scientific publishing, and was a major catalyst for the scientific revolution” and what it can teach us today. I’m really excited about this.
